Not the best Underwear that you’ve ever tried? The first pair is on us. We stand behind our product and want to make sure that you’re happy. If you have a problem, we’ll solve it or replace or refund your order.  Anything it takes. Just reach out to us and we’re happy to help.  We are happy to replace it for you with a different size or style without the need for a return of your used product (applicable on the first product alone).We will either send you a different size or give you a full refund on your FIRST pair only.

 

If you purchase a multiple pieces, please just try 1 pair before opening the remaining pairs. Moneyback Guarantee only applies to unopened and unworn pairs. If purchasing more than 1 pair, the remaining pairs must be returned to us unopened. If you find the size doesn't fit, or you'd like to try another style, please contact us at support@wearbriefly.com and we will provide you the address to send the unopened and unworn back to us so we can send you out replacements.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. BRIEFLY holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and email support@wearbriefly.com  We will then confirm if your pin code is valid for a return (reverse) pick up, following which we will let you know that a pick up will be arranged from our side. In case your pin code does not allow for the return pick up, you will need to return the product to us at your own cost. For all exchanges, we are only able to send out our replacement products to you once the returned products have reached our warehouse.

Refunds 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or store credit based on your choice, within a certain amount of days.
